碳纤维增强尼龙复合材料的摩擦学性能
TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTY OF CARBON FIBER REINFORCED NYLON COMPOSITE
【摘要】 根据碱催化阴离子聚合原理制备了连续碳纤维增强单体浇铸 (MC)尼龙复合材料 (CCF/MCPA)。主要研究了CCF/MCPA复合材料的摩擦学性能和磨损机制。CCF/MCPA复合材料的摩擦系数随着载荷的增加呈现先升后降的态势 ,磨损率随着载荷的增加而增大。其磨损机制主要表现为粘着磨损和碳纤维的破碎和磨平的特征
【Abstract】 Continuous carbon fiber reinforced monomer casting (MC) nylon(CCF/MCPA for short)composites have been prepared by anionic polymerization of caprolactam(CL).Tribological properties and wear mechanism of the CCF/MCPA are investigated.With increasing of load,friction coefficient of CCF/MCPA compositesshows an earlier raised and later decreased state and wear rate of CCF/MCPA composites increases.Its wear mechanism exhibits mainly adhesive wear and character of carbon fiber fall to pieces and rubdown.
