纳米SiO2在玻璃钢拉挤制品中的应用
APPLICATION OF NANO-SIO2 IN FRP PULTRUDED RODS
【摘要】 本文通过在环氧玻璃钢拉挤杆中加入不同比例的纳米SiO2 ,对树脂体系的粘度、凝胶时间以及制品的力学、电学、热变形温度等方面性能的分析 ,选出纳米SiO2 的最佳添加量 ,为纳米材料在玻璃钢拉挤制品中的应用 ,探索出一条新思路
【Abstract】 By adding different proportion of nano SiO 2 into FRP rods,the effects of nano SiO 2 on the viscosity and gel time of resin system were studied ,as well as tensile tests, electric tests and TGA The optimal proportion of nano SiO 2 was determined In this proportion ,The results indicated that nano SiO 2 could improve mechnical property and thermostability ,especially in electric properties and thus found a new application in FRP products
