一种新型的基于测量的CAC方法

【摘要】 在指出传统的基于测量的 CAC(连接接纳控制 )所存在问题的基础上 ,提出了“定量触发的CAC”这种新型的工程可实现的基于测量的 CAC方法 ,给出了具体实现方案 ,包括硬件电路和软件算法 ,以及这种方法的优点 .

【Abstract】 To solve the problem in implementation of the traditional Measurement-based Call Admission Control, a novel scheme, Quantitative Handling Based Call Admission Control has been proposed, which is measurement-based and practical in engineering. The system implementation including hardware and software is presented in detail. Compared with the existing measurement-based CAC, the advantages of this method have been stated.
