【摘要】 分析中国科学院期刊目前具有的学科优势 ,指出期刊编辑人才方面存在的问题。认为人才问题是影响今后期刊发展的关键 ,必须制定切实可行的政策稳定现有人才 ,培养高素质编辑 ,吸纳高学历人才 ,才能使中国科学院的期刊始终保持国家队的水平更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the academic advantages of Chinese Academy of Sciences,some problems on editing journals are presented.The authors elaborate that the major obstacle affecting the journal’s development is the lack of qualified editors. Therefore,the feasible policies must be drawn up to stabilize existing editors,to train qualified editors and to recruit new editors with higher educational level. These measures will make the journals published by Chinese Academy of Sciences maintain at a high academic level.更多还原
