【Abstract】 Studying and carrying out the spirit of Jang Zemin’s July 1 Speech is a pressing task that the institutions of higher learning are faced with. To stick to the socialist way of running colleges or universities, we must regard the important thoughts of "Three Represents" as the guidance.
