超细纺锤形CaCO3制备过程研究

【摘要】 在超重力反应器中 ,Ca(OH) 2 经碳化反应制得超细纺锤形碳酸钙。采用 pH计、XRD、TEM、EDTA络合滴定原位检测了超重力反应沉淀法制备轻质纺锤形碳酸钙的碳化过程特性。结果发现 :碳化反应前期 ,二氧化碳吸收为控制步骤 ,碳化反应后期转化为Ca(OH) 2 溶解控制。纺锤形碳酸钙的形成无论是形貌还是晶型都是一个渐变的过程。

【Abstract】 The synthesis process of ultra-fine spindle CaCO 3 dispersion in a rotating packed-bed reactor (RPBR) was concerned in this paper, by using the high gravity technology. The characteristics of the carbonation for production of spindle CaCO 3 were studied by pH meter, XRD, TEM and EDTA titration. The results show the CO 2 absorption is the control step at the prophase of the carbonation reaction and the Ca(OH) 2 dissolution is the control step at the anaphase, and the formation of the spindle CaCO 3 is a gradual change process in shape and crystalloid. The crystal process of spindle CaCO 3 was studied, which could offer reference for the shape control of the spindle shape.
