镁锌铝三元水滑石的合成与结构分析
Synthesis and structure analysis of Mg-Zn-Al hydrotalcite
【摘要】 用成核 晶化隔离法制备了镁锌铝三元水滑石。通过X射线粉末衍射、原子吸收光谱和差热分析等手段表征了镁铝二元水滑石、锌铝二元水滑石、镁锌铝三元水滑石的结构 ,给出 3种水滑石的化学通式分别为Mg0 .71Al0 .2 9(CO3 ) 0 .15(OH) 2 ·mH2 O、Zn0 .50 Al0 .50 (CO3 ) 0 .2 5(OH) 2 ·mH2 O、Mg0 .3 7Zn0 .2 4Al0 .3 9(CO3 ) 0 .2 0 (OH) 2 ·mH2 O。在M2 + /M3 + 摩尔比相同的情况下 ,Mg2 + 比Zn2 + 更易进入层板
【Abstract】 The Mg Zn Al hyerotalcite was synthesized by coprecipitation method which was kept constant pH at high supersaturation. Mg Al, Zn Al and (Mg+Zn) Al hydrotalcites were characterized by the technology of XRD, AAS and DTA. The formula of Mg Al hydrotalcite, (Mg+Zn) Al hydrotalcite and Zn Al hydrotalcite can be described as Mg 0.71 Al 0.29 (CO 3) 0.15 (OH) 2· m H 2O, Zn 0.50 Al 0.50 (CO 3) 0.25 (OH) 2· m H 2O, Mg 0.37 Zn 0.24 Al 0.39 (CO 3) 0.20 (OH) 2· m H 2O, respectively. Mg 2+ is easier to come into the layers than Al 3+ when the molar ratio of Mg 2+ /Al 3+ is the same.
