水滑石填充PVC材料的热稳定性能及流动性能

【摘要】 用热辊压延法制备了水滑石填充聚氯乙烯 (PVC)树脂复合材料。用刚果红、热失重、Brabender扭矩流变仪等方法考察了水滑石对PVC树脂静态、动态热稳定性、流动性能的影响。结果表明 ,用钛酸酯改性的水滑石在PVC中效果最好 ;水滑石的加入可提高PVC树脂的热稳定性 ;随着水滑石含量的增加 ,PVC树脂的流动性先有所提高而后降低 ;水滑石在PVC树脂中最佳用量为 1%~ 2 % (质量分数

【Abstract】 Poly(vinyl chloride) resin filled with hydrotalcite was prepared by a two roll mill. Influences of different hydrotalcite contents on static, dynamic thermal stability and fluid property were studied by methods of Congo red test, thermal gravitation balance(TG) and Brabender torque rheometer. The results show that the thermal stability of hydrotalcite surface treated with titanate in poly(vinyl chloride) resin is best compared to other surface modifiers, the poly(vinyl chloride) resin filled with organic Sn and hydrotalcite possess better static and dynamic thermal stability than it filled with organic Sn alone and hydrotalcite can reduce the equilibrium torque of poly(vinyl chloride), which is advantageous to the processing of poly(vinyl chloride) and its optimum content is 1%~2%.
