【Abstract】 One of the targets of restructuring of power industry in China is introducing competition, and using the market’s “the invisible hand” to improve efficiency of allocating resource. When market power exits, it lessens the competition in the market, and resources will not be allocated in the most efficient way. So it should be concerned while restructuring the electric industry. To realize consistent competition, it needs to monitor the behaviors of the suppliers to protect the contestability and the benefits of consumers.更多还原
