【摘要】 ①目的　评价盆腔炎汤对慢性盆腔炎症及其包块的治疗效果。②方法　治疗组 130例服用盆腔炎汤 ,对照组 10 0例服用一般抗生素 ,2 0d为一疗程 ,服药后 6 0d复查症状改善情况、包块大小及血液黏稠度。③结果　治疗组盆腔炎症状明显减轻 ,包块体积明显缩小或消失 ,与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (uc=4 .5 7,3.2 9,P <0 .0 1)。治疗组治疗后血液黏稠度明显降低 (t=4 .78,5 .6 9,P <0 .0 1) ,无副作用。④结论　盆腔炎汤治疗盆腔炎症及其包块疗效肯定 ,安全 ,无副作用 ,临床上值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of PENQIANGYANTANG (a Chinese herbal decoction to treat pelvic infections) for chronic pelvic infection and mass. \ Methods\ Treated group: 130 cases, the decoction was given; control group: 100 cases, common antibiotics were used. One course was 20 days for both groups. The symptoms, mass and blood viscosity were evaluated 60 days after treatment.\ Results\ The symptoms improved and the mass decreased in size dramatically or disappeared for patients in treated group. The difference between the two groups was significant (u c=4.57, 3.29, P <0.01). The blood viscosity decreased markedly for treated group after treatment ( t=4.78, 5.69, P <0.01). No side effects were observed. Conclusion\ PENQIANGYANTANG is effective for chronic pelvic infection and inflammatory mass and is applicable clinically.更多还原
