【摘要】 目的 :探讨保脾疗法治疗外伤性脾损伤的可行性。方法 :回顾性分析 1985～ 2 0 0 0年采用保脾疗法治疗 91例外伤性脾损伤的临床资料。结果 :2 2例采用非手术治疗 ,6 9例施行保脾手术。除 1例脾缝合修补患者死于脑疝外 ,90例痊愈出院。结论 :只要严格掌握适应证 ,手术和非手术保脾方法治疗外伤性脾损伤是安全可行的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of spleen preserving treatment for traumatic spleen injuries.Methods:The clinical data of spleen preserving treatment for 91 cases with traumatic spleen injuries from January 1985 to December 2000 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Of the 91 cases with traumatic spleen injuries,22 were treated by non operation and 69 by spleen preserving operation.Ninety cases were cured and one case treated by spleen orrhaphy died of cerebral hernia.Conclusions:As long as we have correct judgement on the indication of spleen preserving treatment,the spleen preserving treatment with operation or non operation for traumatic spleen injuries is safe and practical.更多还原
