【摘要】 目的 :探讨肺结核患者血清白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )和肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)在免疫机制中的作用及临床意义。方法 :采用放射免疫法测定 2 4例肺结核患者和 2 1名健康人血清IL 6和TNF α含量。结果 :肺结核组血清IL 6和TNF α水平均高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。痰菌阳性组血清IL 6和TNF α均高于痰菌阴性组 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 )。老年组IL 6水平低于中青年组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而TNF α水平差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :IL 6和TNF α是参与肺结核患者抗感染免疫的重要调节因子 ,其血清水平可作为监测病情活动和转归的有用指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the immune effect and clinical significance of serum IL 6 and TNF α in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:The serum IL 6 and TNF α levels were measured with radio immunoassay in 24 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 21 controls.Results:The levels of IL 6 and TNF α were significantly increased in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis than those in the controls( P <0.05 and P <0.01,respectively).There was a significant increase in serum IL 6 and TNF α levels in the smear positive patients(10 cases) compared with the smear negative ones(14 cases)( P <0.01 and P <0.05,respectively).Serum IL 6 level in younger patients was significantly higher than that in the older ones( P <0.05),but serum TNF α level was not significantly different between the two groups( P >0.05).Conclusions:IL 6 and TNF α play an important role in anti infection immunity of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and the serum levels can act as a useful monitoring index of the activity and prognosis of the illness.更多还原
