【摘要】 木薯渣是淀粉厂和柠檬酸厂的下脚料 ,国内外每年废弃量相当大 ,严重污染了环境。本研究采用常规分析和原子吸收分光光度计等现代化先进仪器相结合 ,研究木薯渣的营养价值。经实验测得木薯渣各营养成分含量如下 :粗蛋白 4.92 % ,粗脂肪 1 .96% ,粗纤维1 4.46% ,粗灰份 2 3.36% ,无氮浸出物 47.72 % ,消化能 8.30 (猪 )兆焦 /千克 ,代谢能 (鸡 ) 6.0 8兆焦 /千克 ,元素Ca 8.45 % ,P 0 .0 4 8% ,Cu 2 4 .0 2毫克 /千克 ,Zn 47.30毫克 /千克 ,Mn 66.2 0毫克 /千克。木薯渣与三七糠相比具有较高的饲用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Cassva residual is leftover bits and pieceses of starch’s and citric acid’s factory ,domestic and abroad and discard to measure quite heavy every year, which have polluted the enviroment seriously.This experiment adopt to routine combine together by one with atom absorbtion spectrophoto meter.Study the nutritive value of the residual is drawn every content of mutritional labeling by the experiment as follows:Crude protein :4.92%,thick fat:1.96%, coarse fibber:14.46%,crude ash: 23.36%, Ca:8.45%,P:0.048%, Cu:24.02mg/kg, Zn:47.30 mg/kg, Mn:66.20 mg/kg.更多还原
