【Abstract】 The nutritional and medical components of Eucommia ulmoides leaves in differen provenances and harvest seasons were investigated,and medical components in extracts of EU leaves were determined. The results showed that there were differences in nutritional components of EU leaves between harvest seasons. The contents of chiorogenic acid and tannin were high in EU leaves and their extracts. The fallen leaves may be used as good feed resources.更多还原
