【摘要】 目的 :建立小儿解热宁口服液的含量测定方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法对小儿解热宁口服液中柴胡皂苷b2 进行定量。结果 :柴胡皂苷b2 在 0 .6～ 2 .8μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 97.0 9% ,RSD =1.2 4 % (n =5 )。结论 :本法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为小儿解热宁口服液质量控制的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Xiao′er Jierening oral liquid.Method:Thin layer chromatography scanning was used to determine the contents of saikosaponin b 2 in Xiao′er Jierening oral liquid. Result:The standard curve of saikosaponin b 2 was linear in the range of 0.6～2.8 μg.The average recovery was 97.09%. Conclusion:The method was simple,sensitive and accurate,thus it may be used for quality control of Xiao′er Jierening oral liquid.更多还原
