【摘要】 目的　分析抗菌素在胆道手术中围手术期应用情况和给药方式。方法　回顾 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月 15 7例胆道手术病历 ,对其抗菌素的使用情况 ,用药频度、时间和方式进行分析。结果　 15 7例胆道手术病例全部使用抗菌素 ,使用频率最多的为 β 内酰胺类抗菌素 ,用药 4～ 6d占 4 7 77% ,给药方式主要是静滴。 结论　胆道手术围手期选用抗菌素基本合理 ,预防性抗菌素应用的给药方式存在问题更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To study condition and method of using antibiotics with operation of the biliary tract in the perioperative period. METHODS Condition, frequency, times and methods of using antibiotics in 157 cases of operation of the biliary tract from January 1999 to December 2001 were analyzed. RESULTS Antibiotics were used in 157 cases of operation of the biliary tract. Beta lactamase of antibiotics were most used, 4～6 days of using antibiotics were 47 77%. CONCLUSION Using antibiotics of the operation of the biliary tract. were reasonable in the preoperative period, methods have problems in prevention of using antibiotics.更多还原
