【摘要】 以莱芜生姜的根状茎为外植体 ,研究了利用根状茎再生植株的适宜培养基及影响其分化率的主要因素。结果表明 ,以MS附加BA 3 0mg/L和NAA 0 6mg/L的培养基根状茎分化率最高 ,可达 6 9 4 %。用催芽 30天左右的根状茎再生率最高。外植体接种密度以 4块 /瓶为宜。更多还原
