钇基重稀土复合球化剂试验研究

【摘要】 用保温模拟法、附铸试样法及大断面铸件心部掏料法试验研究了钇基重稀土复合球化剂中重稀土含量 ( 2 5 %~ 5 0 % )和稀土中Y2 O3 的含量 ( 2 5 %~ 5 5 % )对球化质量和抗球化衰退性及球铁力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,钇基重稀土复合球化剂净化铁液、球化、抗球化衰退、抗石墨畸变能力强 ,白口倾向小 ,能细化基体组织。该球化剂应用于高炉冷却壁、轧辊等铸件上 ,可提高其心部力学性能。

【Abstract】 The effects of content of heavy RE and Y 2O 3 in yttrium heavy RE nodulizer on spheroidisation of graphite, fading resistance of spheroidisation and mechanical properties of ductile iron have been studied. The experimental results show that the nodulizer has characters of good de sulphurization, nodulizing ability of graphite and fading-resistance of spheroidisation. The mechanical properties of core in the castings such as the cooling wall of blast furnace and the rolls are enhanced by using this nodulizer.
