【摘要】 评价氪绿激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法 :对 5 0例 72眼非增殖期或增殖早期糖尿病视网膜病变合并黄斑水肿患者根据黄斑水肿形态行局部或格栅状光凝。观察光凝后视力及黄斑水肿的变化 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :光凝后视力提高 14眼 ( 19.4% ) ,下降 16眼 ( 2 2 .2 % ) ,不变 42眼 ( 5 8.4% )。黄斑水肿完全消退 15眼 ( 2 0 .8% ) ,部分消退 37眼 ( 5 1.4% ) ,不变或加重 2 0眼 ( 2 7.8% )。结论 :氪绿激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿效果显著更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinincal effects of Krypton Green laser photocagulation for macular edema in nonproliferative(NPDR)and early proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methords:72eyes(50cases)with maclar edema in NPDR or early PDR were treated with local or grid macular Krypton Green laser photocoagulation according to macular edema status,and the visual acuity and degree of macular edema were analysed and compared.Results:The visual acuity was increased in 14eyes(19 4%),decreased in 16eyes(22 2%)and stable in 42eyes(58 4%)affter treatment.Macular edema completely disappeared in 15eyes(20 8%),partialy disappeared in 37 eyes(51 4%)and stable in 20 eyes(27 8%).Conclusion:Krypton Green laser photocoagulation is effective for diabetic macular edema.更多还原
