【摘要】 资金筹集是影响风险资本运作的一个关键因素 ,而风险资本运作的特殊性决定了风险资本有别于其它资本 .由于现阶段我国资本市场的不完善以及一些制度安排上的缺陷 ,表现在资金来源渠道、筹资对象和风险投资公司自身的不成熟等方面 ,使我国的风险投资公司在筹资方面存在一系列的问题 .针对上述问题 ,认为需要政府和风险投资公司双方的努力 ,通过政府扶植和规范风险投资方面的法律 ,设立共同基金等来广辟风险资金来源渠道 ;同时 ,风险投资公司自身也要不断发展以加强筹资能力 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Fund-raising is a key factor in venture capital operation.The venture capital is different from other capital for the special operation of venture capital.Since our capital market is not perfect and some institution arrangement is deficient, such as capital source,investors and the venture investment firms’ immature,there is a series of difficulties of fund-raising in venture capital operation,this means that it needs efforts made by both government and venture investment firms to solve the problem.Government should foster venture capital and regulate the laws on the venture capital,establish communal fund.At the same time,venture investment firms should develop to improve its raising capability.更多还原
