改进淬火压模有效控制螺旋锥齿轮淬火变形

【摘要】 研究了菲亚特拖拉机后桥大圆锥螺旋齿轮淬火变形规律 ,分析了原淬火压模存在的问题 .根据齿轮淬火变形规律 ,把压模外压环压齿端内外直径由 2 2 0mm、 2 40mm分别增大到 2 60mm、 2 80mm ,有效地控制了齿轮的淬火变形 ,使齿轮淬火合格率在 95 %以上 .

【Abstract】 The quenching distortion of rear axle spiral bevel gear used in FLAT tractor is studied in this paper.The shortcoming of the original quenching dies design is analyzed.The quenching distortion has been effectively controlled by means of enlarging the internal and external diameters of the small end of the outer die, from *I220 mm、 *I240 mm to *I260 mm、 *I280 mm,respectively.
