加入合金元素Si对ZA27合金耐磨性能的影响

【摘要】 利用MM200型摩擦磨损试验机,测定了加Si量不同的ZA27合金在不同载重条件下的耐磨性。试验发现,在ZA27合金中加入一定量的Si,可增加材料中硬质点的数量,有效防止粘着磨损的发生,使材料的耐磨性尤其在重载条件下,明显高于普通ZA27合金材料。

【Abstract】 With the help of MM200 wear test instrument the wear resistance of ZA27 alloys with different Si addition amounts and under different loads was measured. The results showed that adding proper amount of Si as alloy element into ZA27 alloy could increase the amount of hard particles in the alloys and improve the wear resistance remarkably especially under heavier load.
