茶皂甙提取及精制的研究

【摘要】 通过对茶皂甙不同提取方法的实验和分析 ,得到一种能耗低、质量好、成本低的合理提取工艺 ,并通过精制使产品含量大于 90 % ,且色泽良好 .

【Abstract】 Different metholds of extraction of tea saponin are tested and analyzed to obtain an extraction tethnology of low energy consumption,high quality product and low costing.The final product contains 90% of saponin after refining,and its color is very light.
