【摘要】 目的　探讨热休克蛋白 2 7表达卵巢癌预后的关系。方法　用免疫组化S P法检测了 45例卵巢癌组织中HSP2 7的表达情况。结果　HSP2 7表达阳性率为 6 2 2 2 % ,HSP2 7表达与患者年龄、肿瘤的组织类型、组织分级和残留大小无关 ,与临床分期和术后生存期都相关。结论　HSP2 7表达能作为预测卵巢癌预后的因素之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between heat shoc k protein 27 (HSP27) expression and the prognosis of ovarian carcinoma.Met hods The S-P immunohistochemical method was used to study HSP27 expres sion in 45 cases of ovarian carcinoma. Results HSP27 positive expression rate was 62 22 %. The expression had no correlation w ith the age of patients, histologic type, histologic grade and residual tumor, b ut it was significantly related to the clinical stage and post-operative surviv al time. Conclusion Expression of HSP27 may be one of the progn ostic factors of ovain carcinoma更多还原
