【摘要】 为了解清热祛湿法对急性痛风性关节炎兔膝关节液白细胞介素 (IL - Iβ)和一氧化氮 (NO)水平的影响 ,探讨其治疗急性痛风性关节炎的机理 ,将 48只兔随机分为 4组 ,采用 Mc Carty DJ经典造模法向兔膝关节注入尿酸钠 (MSU)溶液 ,造成急性痛风性关节炎的病变模型 ,以清热祛湿中药与秋水仙碱对比治疗。于造模后第 2、6、9、12 h分别取材 ,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验(EL ISA)法 ,分别测定各组、各期兔膝关节液中 IL - 1β、NO的水平。结果显示造模组 IL - 1β、NO的水平明显高于中药组和西药组 ,有显著差异 ;空白对照组未能测出 IL- 1β、一氧化氮 ;中药组低于西药组 ,有统计学差异。表明 IL- 1β、NO在急性痛风性关节炎的发病过程中可能起重要作用。清热祛湿法中药能有效降低实验性痛风兔膝关节液 IL - 1β、NO的水平 ,其效果优于西药组。表明清热祛湿法是治疗急性痛风性关节炎有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of the method of Removing Heat and dispersing Dampness with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) on the levels of IL-1β and NO in acute urarthritis of knee joints in rabbits, and to prove that, as far as TCM is concerned, damp-heat stagnation is the main mechanism in acute urarthritis of knee joints. Methods: Fourty eight rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly: blank group, TCM group, colchicin group, model group, and the pathological models were made by injecting into the knee joints with the solution of urate potassium (MSU), the levels of IL 1β, NO then were measured after 2h, 6h,9h,12h. Results: the levels of IL 1β, NO, while could not be measured in blank group, were significantly higher in model group than those in TCM group and colchicin group, also were lower in TCM group than these in colchicin group. Conclusion: IL 1β, NO may be important factors during the pathological process in acute urarthritis, and the method of Removing Heat and Dispersing Dampness with TCM has greater effect on lowering the levels of IL 1β, NO than colchicin ;damp heat stagnation is the main mechanism in acute urathritis of knee joints, so Removing Heat and Dispersing Dampness is an effective method in curing urarthritis of knee joints.更多还原
