【摘要】 目的 :观察肝豆状核变性 (HLD)患者服用硫酸锌前后的肝脾声像图变化。材料和方法 :肝豆状核变性患者 8例 ,其中男 2例 ,女 6例 ,年龄 19～ 45岁。超声观察其肝、脾声像图特征 ,给患者长期口服硫酸锌 ,每次剂量 2 0 0～ 40 0mg ,每日 3次。分别于服药后 3个月、6个月、1年 (长期随访 6个月 1次 )复查肝脾超声情况。结果 :肝豆状核变性患者经硫酸锌治疗后其门脉高压征可改善甚至恢复正常 ,肝脏异常回声可有不同程度的改变。结论 :B超检查可作为肝豆状核变性患者诊断及药物疗效判定的主要方法之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To observe the echographic change of liver and spleen in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration (HLD) before and after taking zine sulfate. Materials and Methods:Eight patients (M2, F6; age 19～45, average age 31) of HLD had ultrasonographic study on their liver and spleen observed before receiving zine sulfate therapy at does of 200～400mg, three time a day. Liver and spleen were examined again after 3, 6 months and 1 year. Results: The symptoms of portal vein hypertension in patients with HLD improved after zine sulfate therapy; the abnormal ultrasonic features of liver had a certain change to different extent. Conclusion: B-mode ultrasonic examination may be used in diagnostic and therapeutic evaluation of HLD.更多还原
