【摘要】 目的　探讨彻底切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤 (IP) ,降低术后复发率的手术方法。方法　 2 1例鼻腔鼻窦IP施行以下术式摘除肿瘤 :鼻侧切开 6例 ,柯 陆术式 5例 ,鼻腔径路 3例 ,鼻内窥镜手术 7例。结果　术后随访12～ 38mo ,2 1例中复发 5例 (2 3 .8% ) ,癌变 1例 (4.7% ) ,治愈率 76 .2 %。结论　应根据肿瘤范围采取不同术式 ,术中辅以电刀电凝可减少复发。经鼻内窥镜手术具有较好的使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective To investigate resection nasal inverted papilloma (IP) and to decreuse the recurrence of operation. Methods Twenty one patients were used following procedure to resection tumor:Lateral Rhinotomy 6 cases,Caldwell Luc 5 cases,through nasal cavity 3 cases, endoscopic surgery 7 cases. Results All patients were followed up 12 38 months. There were 5 cases recurrence, one case changed into malignancy. Conclusions According to the tumor extent we should use different operation methods. The application of shaver system could decrease recurrence and bleeding during operation. Endoscopic surgery is valuable in treatment nasal IP. [更多还原
