【摘要】 目的 ;探讨间接免疫荧光法 (IIF)检测临床标本中解脲支原体的敏感性及特异性。方法 :用IIF检测了临床培养分离的 5 0例样本 ,并分别用IIF及培养法对 71例临床标本进行检测并比较了两种方法。结果 :IIF对 5 0例临床分离标本的检出率为 10 0 % ,而对临床标本的特异性是 92 .3% ,敏感性为 75 % ,但IIF与培养法检测比较没有统计学差异 (P >0 .10 )。结论 :可以用间接免疫荧光法代替培养法检测解脲支原体更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the sencitivity and specificity of indirect immunofluorescence(IIF)in detecting ureaplasma urealyticum(UU).50 UU samples from culture were detected by IIF.71 specimens from clinic were examined by both IIF and cultivition.We also compared IIF with cultivition.The Result showed that the sencitivity of IIF was 100% in culture samples and 75% in clinic samples,there was no statistical significant between two methods(P>0.10).The specificity of IIF was 92.3% in clinic samples.It suggested that cultivition could be repalced by IIF in clinic in detecting UU.更多还原
