【摘要】 目的　探讨彩色多普勒流速剖面图技术在下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的诊断价值。方法　首次运用彩色多普勒流速剖面图技术对 5 6例 (70条肢体 )下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的患者进行检测 ,测定血流量、倒流程度分级并与双功能彩超及静脉造影相比较。结果　流速剖面图法与双功能彩超和静脉造影的检测判断倒流分级无显著性差异 ,流速剖面图法与双功能彩超具有高度的相关性 (r =0 .9897,P <0 .0 1)。但流速剖面图法对血液倒流量的测定更为准确。结论　彩色多普勒流速剖面图技术诊断下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全比双功能彩超更直观 ,可信度更高 ,为下肢静脉疾病的无创伤性的辅助诊断提供一新途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler velocity profile(CDVP) technique for the deep venous insufficiency(DVI) of in the lower limb. Methods The CDVP technique was evaluated by examining the volume of blood flow and the grade of reflux of the lower limb in fifty six patients(70 limbs) with DVI and comparing with those inspect by the double color duplex ultrasonography (DCDU) and ascending venography. Results For judging the grade of reflux, there was no significant among CDVP,DCDU and ascending venogrphy, but CDVP appeared to have more significant effect on the predictive positive value, the predictive negative value and the sensitivity than DCDU. Conclusion CDVP appeared with more value and credibility than DCDU in diagnosing DVI and could be a new noninvasive auxiliary diagnostic modality for venous disease of the lower extremity. [更多还原
