【摘要】 复制拟血管性痴呆小鼠模型 ,给予电针肾俞、膈俞、百会穴和药物喜德镇治疗 7天 ,运用计算机图像分析系统对海马CA1区细胞数目做定量分析。结果 :模型组海马CA1区的场数目、面数密度、面密度均显著减少 ,电针和药物可明显增加各参数 ,电针增加面密度的作用优于药物。电针可显著抑制海马CA1区细胞坏死、脱失 ,增加细胞数目。更多还原

【Abstract】 Making animal model with vascular dementia,then we treated them with electronic acupuncture in Shenshu,Ge Shu and Baihui as well as gave drug treatment for 7 days.We made quantitative analysis on cell number in the CA 1 area of hippocampal gyrus with computer. The result showed that both electronic acupuncture and drug can increase number,density of cells in the CA 1 area of hippocampal gyrus,but the effect of electronic acupuncture is better than that of drug,it also can increase cell number by inhibiting cytonecrosis in the area of hippocampal.更多还原
