【摘要】 目的 :研究治疗急性病毒性肝炎的有效方法。方法 :在常规治疗基础上 (门冬氨酸钾镁静滴 ,B族维生素口服 ) ,治疗组加毛雪清毒饮加减治疗 ;对照组加护肝片、联苯双酯口服治疗 ,1 5天为 1个疗程 ,连用 2～ 3个疗程 ,每个疗程结束复查肝功能HB 5项指标及观察治疗主次症状、特征、纳食情况。结果 :治疗组临床治愈 1 5 2例 ,显效 2 9例 ,好转 9例 ,总有效率占 98.3 % ;对照组临床治愈率 1 2例 ,显效 1 4例 ,好转 2例 ,总有效率占 87.6 %。治疗组肝功能异常 1 83例 ,恢复正常 1 80例 ,占 98.3 % ;血清胆红素(SB)异常 1 72例 ,治疗后恢复正常 1 6 9例 ,有效率 98.2 %。对照组肝功能 3项指标有效率分别为48.1 %、3 0 .4%、5 6 .4%。两者之间差异显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :毛雪清毒液具有清热利湿、解毒、健脾化湿、凉血、活血之功效 ,与急性病毒性肝炎病机合拍 ,故能取效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effective methods about treatment of acute viral hepatitis. Method our cases were divided randomly into two groups. There are 183 cases control group and 32 cases normal control.On the base of normal treatment. The control group administers Mao Xueqing du liquid. While the normal control group administer tablet of liver-aid and Bifendate, fifteen days is one course, two or three courses are used, at the end of each course, the liver function is examined and the major or minor symptom, diet are also investigated.Results 152 cases are cured, 19 cases effective, 9 cases getting better. The total efficiency is 98.3% in control groups. While 12 cases are cured, 14 cases effective, 2 cases better. The total efficiency is 87.6% in normal control group. The efficiency of three symbols about liver function is 48.1%, 30.4% and 56.4% respectively. There is significantly difference (P<0.01). Conclusion the prescription is on the base of Wucao liquid in county, which is added and decreased. It may remove heat. Humidity and intoxication. Increase spleen function,make blood cool and active. Because it’s function is apt to principle of acute viral hepatitis. The clinic effect is significant, there is no adverse effect found now.更多还原
