【摘要】 目的　找出影响 STD高危人群性知识和性行为的因素。方法　对“性服务者”和一般职业女性进行性病知识水平问卷调查研究。结果　两组人群在回答艾滋病传播途径和预防方法的正确率之间不存在显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,分别为6 1.9%和 6 9.0 % ;但对性知识的了解和性相关疾病的预期有明显不同 (P<0 .0 1) ;“性服务者”有更高的安全套使用率。结论　健康意识和健康行为之间有明显差别更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find the factors affecting the knowledge of STD and sex act of people in high risk of STD. Methods The "women serving in sex" and general career women were investigated by questionnaire. Results There were no significant different between two group people in correct rate answering the spread ways and prevention method of AIDS ( P >0.05). But there were greatly different between two groups in knowledge of STD and expectation concerning the sex diseases ( P <0 01). There were higher rate of use condom in the "women serving in sex". Conclusion There are significant different between health knowledge and health act.更多还原
