【摘要】 介绍美国药物利用评价的兴起与发展。药物利用评价的定义、目的、性质,实施步骤和要求,以及医院质量保证的概念和主要内容,分析药物利用评价在医院质量保证体系中的作用和地位。

【Abstract】 Objectives: The origin and the development of DUR in America is introduced, the definition, objective, nature, performing procedure and requirement of DUR. On the basis of describing the concept and main contents of hospital quality assurance (HQA), the status and role of DUR in HQA system is analyzed.
