【摘要】 目的探讨泻克脐膜治疗小儿腹泻疗效。方法应用泻克脐膜敷脐治疗小儿腹泻116例,并与十香暖脐膏组36例作对照。结果泻克脐膜止泻及消除呕吐、腹胀较对照组为优;动物实验显示,泻克脐膜具有抗腹泻、抑制肠蠕动亢进、缓解腹痛、抗炎等作用。结论泻克脐膜是治疗小儿腹泻的中药新型制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Xieke Qimo on in fantile dia*.rrhea.Methods:The patients were divided into two groups.The treating group of 116patients received Xieke Qimo for external application,while the control group of 36patients rece ived Shixiangnuanqi extract,Re-sults:Xieke Qimo is more effective on stopp ing diarrhea dispeuzhg vomit and abdominal distension than the co ntrol group.Animal test shows that Xieke Qimo has the actions on resisti ng diarrhea,inhibiting the hyper-function of intestinal peristalsis,attenuating the abdominal pain,re sisting inflammation,etc.Conclusion:Xieke Qimo is a new effective phar-mareutic of TCM in treating ID.更多还原
