【摘要】 目的 :改进现行的虚热证动物模型。方法 :6到 8倍以往造模量的中药通过灌胃给予动物 ,灌胃时间为 2 8d。在实验过程的不同时间对大鼠的外观、舌象、大便、受激排便等进行观察 ,并测定大鼠的体温、食量、饮水量、游泳时间以及某些脏器指数和与虚热证有关的生物化学指标。结果 :大鼠不但有热证表现 ,而且有一定的虚证表现。结论 :这种诱发虚热证的方法具有一定的优点 ,但仍可进一步改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the present animal model of heat syndrome due to insufficiency of Yin fluids.Methods:Decoction of Chinese herbal drugs that induce heat sydrome due to insufficiency of Yin fluids was administered to the rats for 28 days in 6～8 times dosage used in the previous experiments,and the appearances,picture of tongue,stool,and stimulated defecation were observed and organ indexes(wet weight of organ/body weight)of some organs,body weight,temperature,food and drink amount,swimming duration,and the biochemical indexes related to heat syndrome due to insufficiency of Yin fluids were determined at different time.Results:The rats had the manifestations of heat syndrome,as well as the manifestations of deficiency syndrome in varying degrees.Conclusion:This method of developing heat syndrome due to insufficiency of Yin fluids has some advantages,however,it needs to be further improved.更多还原
