【摘要】 目的 :评价单硝酸异山梨酯 (商品名 :长效异乐定 )治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 :对 16 1例慢性稳定型心绞痛患者进行长效异乐定与硝酸异山梨酯 (消心痛 )对比治疗的临床观察 ,并采用Holter 2 4h心肌缺血总负荷 (TIB)及放射核素心肌灌注显像评估缺血心肌面积 (IMA)。结果 :长效异乐定治疗 3个月TIB显著低于治疗前 ,6个月则更显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,12个月仍保持稳定的疗效 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异。同时显示长效异乐定治疗 6及 12个月IMA显著减少 ,较对照组有显著差异。临床随访 1年治疗组总缺血相关事件明显低于对照组。 2组因不良反应而停药者均 <2 %。结论 :长效异乐定长期治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛具有长期抗心肌缺血和减少缺血相关事件的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the effects of long acting isosorbide mononitrate (Elantan Long) for chronic stable angina pectoris.Methods:161 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris were treated with Elantan Long or isosorbide dinitrate(ISDN).In comparison with ISDN,the anti ischemic effect of Elantan Long was assessed by total ischemic burden (TIB) with Holter monitoring and ischemic myocardial area(IMA) with JT99m,D,Zc MIBI myocardial imaging.Results:The TIB and IMA of patients treated with Elantan Long for 3,6,and 12 months were lower than those with ISDN.The ischemic related cardial events were also fewer than those with ISDN.Conclusion:Elantan Long has long term anti ischemic effects and reduces the incidence of ischemic related events of patients with chronic stable angina pectoris.
