Al-Pb合金轴瓦带坯的烧结工艺研究
Research on Sintering Process of Al-Pb Alloy Strips
【摘要】 研究了快冷 粉末冶金 (RS PM )制备Al Pb合金轴瓦材料的工艺。通过研究烧结工艺对Al Pb合金轴瓦材料显微组织及机械性能的影响 ,得出了较优的烧结工艺。烧结升温速率为 1℃ /min ,并在 2 0 0℃和 40 0℃分别保温 2h ,烧结温度控制在 5 40℃至 5 6 0℃之间。讨论分析了Al Pb合金轴瓦材料的烧结机理。
【Abstract】 The process for preparation of Al Pb bearing alloy through rapid solidification powder metallurgy was investigated. The effects of sintering process on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al Pb bearing alloy were studied and a suitable sintering procedure was determined.The temperature increases 1℃ per minute and is held at 200℃ and 400℃ respectively for 2 hours before the final sinter temperature, which should be controlled between 540℃ and 560℃. The sintering mechanism of Al Pb bearing alloy was discussed.
