【摘要】 探讨HBV前C区基因变异与患者肝功能、TNF-α、sIL-2R的关系。方法:应用海珠益肝胶囊或赛若金治疗36例慢性乙型肝炎患者,在治疗前后检测患者HBV前C区基因变异、肝功能、TNF-α、sIL-2R。结果:HBV前C区基因变异在治疗过程中存在3种情况:16例患者治疗前后均未发生基因变异,8例患者在治疗后发生了基因变异,12例患者在治疗前已经发生基因变异,在治疗后无1例由变异阳性转为阴性。治疗后,患者的肝功能、TNF-α、sIL-2R均有改善。结论:HBV前C区基因发生变异与否对患者的肝功能、TNF-α、sIL-2R无明显影响,在治疗过程中药物可能引起HBV前C区基因变异,难以防治基因变异的发生,药物对HBV基因变异患者的肝功能、TNF-α、sIL-2R均有改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To expolre the relationship between HBV-Pre-C mutation and liver function、 TNF-α、sIL-2R.Methods:36 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated by Capsul Hai Zhu Yi Gan or IFNα- 1b(SINOGEN) for three months, HBV-Pre-C mutation, liver function, TNF-α、 sIL-2R of the patients were tested together before and after treatment. RusltS: There were three types about HBV-Pre-C mutation during the treatment, the first: 16 patients didn’t mutate before and after the treatment; the second: 8 patients mutated after the treatment: the third: 12 patients having mutated before the treatment remainded unchanged after the treatment. Liver function、TNF-α, sIL-2R of the patients were improved after the treatment. Conclusion: There isn’t obvious relationship between HBV-Pre-C mutation and liver function, TNF-α、sIL-2R; the drugs can cause HBV-Pre-C mutation during the treatment, and are difficult to prevent and treat HBV-Pre-C mutation, and can improve liver function、 TNF-α, sIL-2R of the having mutated patients.更多还原
