【摘要】 目的 :探讨应用以羟基喜树碱为主组成的化疗方案对大肠癌患者血清TNFα的影响及意义。方法 :37例经病理学确诊的大肠癌患者采用羟基喜树碱、亚叶酸钙、5 -氟脲嘧啶联合化疗 ,应用酶标免疫分析测定治疗前后TNFα变化 ,另选 2 0例健康人作对照。结果 :大肠癌患者化疗前血清中TNFα明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,化疗后TNFα降低 ,但仍高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,疗前与疗后对比 ,血清TNFα也有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :羟基喜树碱为主的化疗方案有明显降低瘤负荷及抑制巨噬细胞分泌TNFα的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the effects of hydroxycamptothecin combined with calcium folinate and 5-fluorouracil on serum TNFα in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Thirty-seven patients with colorectal cancer were treated with hydroxycamptothecin,calcium folinate and 5-fluorourcli.The blood samples were collected before and after the chemotherapy.Twenty healthy people were kept as the controls.The serum level of TNFα was detected by ELISA assay.Results:The results indicated that the serum levels of TNFα in the patients were significantly higher than that of the controls before the treatment (P<0.005).The serum level of TNFα was reduced after the chemotherapy,but it was still higher than that of the controls (P<0.005).There was a significant difference in the serum level of TNFα before and after the chemotherapy (P<0.005).Conclusions:The chemotherapy of hydroxycamptothecin combined with calcium folinate and 5-fluorouracil can dramatically reduce the neoplasia and inhibit the secretion of TNFα of macrophagocyte.更多还原
