【摘要】 目的 :研究人乳头状瘤病毒 (humanpapillomavirus,HPV) 16和 18型E6蛋白及c-erbB - 2及 p2 1ras基因蛋白的表达与肛癌的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化Envision(二步法 )对肛癌 32例、腺癌 10例及正常肛门粘膜30例HPV16 ,18E6 ,c -erbB - 2及p2 1ras染色。结果 :HPV16、18E6阳性率分别为 78.1% (2 6 /32 ) ,2 0 .0 %(2 /10 ) ,10 .0 % (3/30 ) ,其中鳞癌明显高于正常肛组织的表达 (P <0 .0 1) ,腺癌与正常肛组织表达无明显差异(P >0 .0 5 )。c -erbB - 2及 p2 1ras阳性率分别为 5 9.4% (19/32 ) ,6 0 .0 % (6 /10 ) ,10 .0 % (3/30 )和 5 6 .3% (18/32 ) ,5 0 .0 % (5 /10 )和 3.3% (1/30 ) ,其中鳞癌和腺癌明显高于正常肛组织的表达 (P <0 .0 1)。在鳞癌中 ,E6与c-erbB - 2同时表达 19例 ,占 5 9.4% (19/32 ) ,E6与 p2 1ras同时表达 18例 ,占 5 6 .3% (18/32 ) ,与腺癌及正常肛粘膜组织中二者同时表达的病例相比有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :HPV16 ,18E6 ,c -erbB - 2及p2 1ras与肛鳞癌的发生发展有一定相关性。c -erbB - 2及p2 1ras与肛鳞癌、腺癌的发生发展均有相关性。HPV16 ,18E6 ,c-erbB - 2及p2 1ras共同作用可能是肛癌发生发展的重要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlation of HPV 16,18E6 infection and c-erbB-2,p21ras expression with carcinoma of the anus.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the presence of HPV16,18E6 and expression of c-erbB-2 and p21ras in 32 cases of anal squamous cell carcinoma,10 anal adenocarcinoma and 30 nomal anal tissues.Results:Positive rates of HPV 16 and 18E6 in the above groups were 78.1%(26/32),20.0%(2/10),10.0%(3/30)respectively,in which those of anal squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higer than that of the normal control(P<0.01).There was no difference in HPV infection between anal adenocarcinoma and normal anus.Positive rates for c-erbB-2 staining in the above groups were 59.4%(19/32)、60%(6/10)、10.0%(3/30)and 56.3%(18/32)、50.0%(5/10)、3.3%(1/30),respectively.The oncogene expression in anal squamous cell carcinoma and anal adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than in nomal anus (P<0.01).Co-expression of HPV and c-erbB-2 was found in 19 cases,and HPV and p21ras,in 31 cases of anal squamous cell carcinoma,but not in adenocarcinoma of the anus.Conclusions:HPV infection is closely related to anal squamous cell carcinoma.Collaboration of HPV with c-erbB-2 and p21ras may play an important role in the development of anal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
