【摘要】 目的 :探讨临床各种心律失常对妊娠的影响。方法 :对 2 39例妊娠合并心律失常进行回顾性分析 ,分析其发生原因及处理方法。结果 :无病理基础的心律失常对妊娠一般无特别影响 ,有病理基础的严重心律失常对妊娠有不良影响。经采取相应治疗措施后孕妇能度过妊娠期。结论 :对有病理基础的严重心律失常宜采取各种积极措施 ,以保障母婴安全更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study effect of various arrhythmias of pregnancy in clinic.Methods:The cause and treatment of 239 pregnancies with arrhythmia were retrospecively analysed.Results:In general,arrhythmias without pathological condition show no obviouse influence but severe arhythmias base on pathological condition may interfere with pregnancy.Gravida can pass through pregnant period with treatment.Conclusion:Effective treatment should be carried out in pregnancy with pathological arrhythmia to ensure mother and infant.更多还原
