【摘要】 目的 :研究肝癌癌周组织淋巴细胞和肝癌TIL的分布及抗瘤活性。方法 :用冷胶原酶消化分离法来分离肝癌癌周组织淋巴细胞及肝癌实质部和中心部TIL并测定它们的获得率。用3H -TdR释放法测定它们对自体肝癌细胞的杀伤活性。结果 :肝癌实质部TIL获得率最高 ,肝癌癌周组织淋巴细胞获得率次之 ,肝癌中心部TIL获得率最低。它们对自体肝癌细胞的杀伤活性从高到低则分别为肝癌实质部TIL、肝癌中心部TIL和肝癌癌周组织淋巴细胞。结论 :肝癌癌周组织和肝癌组织不同部位的淋巴细胞分布有所不同。它们的抗瘤活性也各不相同。为了获得数量多和抗瘤活性高的淋巴细胞 ,应尽量从肝癌实质部来分离获取更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the distribution and anti-tumor activity of cancer peripheral lymphocytes and TIL of liver cancer.Methods:The cancer peripheral lymphocytes and TIL of liver cancer were isolated by cold digestion of collagenase,and their yields were analysed.The activity of collagenase,and their yields were analysed.The activity of killing autogenous liver cancer cells was examined by 3H-TdR release method.Results:The yields of TIL from substantial o liver cancer were highest,those of cancer peripheral lymphocytes were lower and the lowest part was centric part of live cancer.Their activity of killing autogenous liver cancer cells were:TIL from substantial part of liver cancer was higher than that from centric part,and cancer peripheral lymphocytes was lowest.Conclusions:Distribution and anti-tumor activity of lymphocytes of different part were different.The substantial part of liver cancer was the best part for getting lymphocytes of large quantity of high anti-tumor activity.更多还原
