【Abstract】 A Study of tissue culture in vitro and plant reproduction of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC. was carried out. The results indicated that MS medium containing 6\|BA 1.0 mg/L and IAA 0.5 mg/L was the best for callus induction; MS medium containing 6\|BA 0.3 mg/L and IAA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for crowd bud propagation; 1/2 MS medium containing IAA 0.5 mg/L and ABT 0.1 mg/L is effective in inducing root with the ratio of 95%, fast propagation of P. grandiflorum by tissue culture method could be established, which will lay down the foundation of the breeding and clone of excellent varieties of P. grandiflorum.更多还原
