【摘要】 目的　探讨首诊眼科的糖尿病性眼外肌麻痹的误诊原因 ,加深对本病的认识。方法　回顾分析 9例首诊眼科的糖尿病性眼外肌麻痹的误诊情况 ,分析误诊原因。结果　本组中 7例被误诊为其他原因引起的眼外肌麻痹 ,1例误诊为神经官能症 ,1例误诊为白内障。误诊的主要原因是对糖尿病性眼肌麻痹疾患的警惕性不高且认识不足 ,缺乏全面仔细分析。结论　为了减少误诊 ,医生对糖尿病性眼肌麻痹应有足够的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cause of misdiagno sis of the patients wit h diabetic extraocular muscle paralysis who consulted ophthalmologist the first time, so as to get a deeper understanding on the disease.Methods The misdiagno sis data of 9 cases of patients with diabetic extraoculer muscle parslysis were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 9 cases,7 were misdiagnosed as neurosis,1 cataract. The main reason of misdiagnosis were that doctors had not enough ackn owledge and vigilance to it, lacked comprehensive and careful analysis.C onclusion In order to lessen misdiagnosis of the diabetic extraoculer m uscle paralysis, doctors should have enough recognition on it.更多还原
