【摘要】 目的　探讨 CT对肾上腺恶性淋巴瘤的诊断价值。方法　对 11例病理证实的肾上腺非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)的 CT表现进行了回顾分析。结果　 11例中 ,单侧 4例 ,双侧 7例 ,3例伴肾脏受累 ,3例伴脾受侵 ,2例皮肤受侵 ,4例有后腹膜淋巴结肿大。 11例 CT均表现为不规则软组织肿块 ,密度均匀 ,呈中等强化。结论　CT对原发肾上腺淋巴瘤能够明确定位 ,但如肾上腺均质肿块伴肾、脾、皮肤受累或后腹膜淋巴结肿大时 ,则高度提示淋巴瘤更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of the CT imaging in diagnosis of adrenal lymphoma.Methods 11 cases with adrenal lymphoma verified by pathological study,11 cases with CT scanning,was retrospectively studied.Results Among 11 cases,single adrenal lymphoma 4 cases,bilateral 7 cases,kidney involved 3 cases,spleen involved 3 cases,skin involved 2 cases,and 4 cases with enlarged retroperitoneal lymph nodes.CT scan showed irrgular homogenous mass with moderate enhancement.Conclusion Adrenal mass with other organ involved,CT can diagnosed the adrenal lymphoma.更多还原
