【Abstract】 With the deepening of market economy and hospital reform, there are many forms to run hospitals, such as joint-venture hospital, joint-stock hospital and hospital group, and so on. Series reform involve with change and reorganization of hospital’s ownership. The managers have been paying attention to management of tangible asset and there is more perfect management system. However, they always ignore management of intangible asset, especially ignore more important intangible asset that is hospital’s prestige. Under the new conditions, hospital’s prestige influences hospital’s development more and more.
