【摘要】 将 4 0 %辣根过氧化物酶 ( HRP)水溶液注入鸡小脑的 、 、 叶 ,逆行追踪其端脑向小脑投射的起始核。结果发现 ,端脑的海马、隔核、带核、旁嗅叶出现多量标记细胞 ;副高纹状体、嗅结节和古纹状体出现少量标记细胞。将 CB-HRP引入古纹状体 ,于小脑皮层的分子层内出现顺行标记物 ,颗粒层内也有稀疏的顺行标记物出现。结果表明 ,鸡端脑 -小脑投射的起源较为丰富而广泛 ,上世纪初提出的纹 -小脑束可能起始于古纹状体和带核更多还原

【Abstract】 After injections of Horseradish peroxidase( HRP) solution into the white matter of the filia - of the chicken cerebellum,a large number of neurons were labelled in the hippocumpus,the nucleus taeniae,the septal area,the lobus paraolfactorium and the olfactory tubercle.Small number of labelled neurons were found in the archistriatum and the hyperstriatum accessorium.After ion- tophoretic delivery of the cholera toxin B-chain conjugated to horseradish peroxidase( CB-HRP) into the archistriatum,the labelled terminals appeared in the deeperhalf of the molecularlayerof the cere- bellar cortex in each filium.更多还原
