【摘要】 将坏死梭杆菌 FN( AB) 94分离株以 1 0 6、1 0 7、1 0 8、1 0 9个 /m L等不同菌量 ,于耳后根颈部皮下分别接种于 4组健康实验家兔 ,每组 3只 ,逐日观察感染家兔的发病情况。结果 ,1 0 8、1 0 9个 /m L菌量感染组家兔 ,在接种后 9～ 6 8d内先后死亡 ,6 8d死亡家兔的病理变化明显 ,并从死亡家兔内脏及脓汁中 ,应用触片及分离培养均检到长丝状及小杆状等多形态典型的坏死梭杆菌 ;1 0 7个 /m L感染家兔仅表现体重减轻 ,1 0 6个 /m L感染家兔无明显临床表现。由此表明 ,坏死梭杆菌 FN( AB) 94分离株具有很强的感染毒力 ,对家兔的最小致死量为 1 0 8个 /m L,耳后根颈部皮下接种是适宜的感染途径 ,从而建立了坏死梭杆菌分离株实验动物感染模型更多还原

【Abstract】 Four groups of 3 rabbits were respectively inoculated with virulent isolate FN(AB)94 in different dilutions of 10 6,10 7,10 8 and 10 9 cells per mL by jugular subcutaneous injection.9 d to 68 d postinoculation,6 rabbits inoculated with 10 8,10 9 cells per mL were all died.Hepatic and pulmonary necrobacillosis lesions were showed in the rabbit died at day 68.Typical morphology of Fusobacterium necrophorum AB was observed from all dead rabbits by bacteriologic cultural technique.The result showed that the culture of isolate FN(AB)94 diluted over 10 8 cells per mL have strongly virulent to rabbits.It was also suggested that the inoculation route by jugular subcutaneous injection of Fusobacterium necrophorum AB is the optimal infection way.And the minimum lethal dose(MLD) of the virulent isolate FN(AB)94 to rabbits is 10 8 cells per mL.更多还原
