玉米秸袋栽金针菇灵芝科学依据初探

【摘要】 本研究以玉米秸为主料 ,筛选出分别适于金针菇 (F .velutipes)和灵芝 (G .lucidum)袋料栽培的培养基配方 ,同时确定金杂 19号和韩芝为适应玉米秸栽培料的高产菌株 ;栽培试验显示生物学效率均达到 70 %以上 ,从而为利用玉米秸生产食用菌提供了科学依据

【Abstract】 Based on maize straw,media for substitute cultivation of Flammulina velutipes and Ganoderma lucidum were selected.Jinza 19 and Hanzhi were demonstrated to be strains that suited to grow on these media and got a high yield,the biological efficiency reaching more than 70% in the cultivation tests.These results provide a scientific basis for cultivation of edible fungi with maize straw.
