红曲及洛伐他汀的生理活性和测定方法研究进展
The Physiological Activity of Ang-kak and Lovasatin and the Research Development on Determination Method
【摘要】 综述了红曲霉及其发酵产物的研究概况。介绍了红曲霉主要生理活性物质洛伐他订的作用机理和检测方法的研究进展。
【Abstract】 This paper described the research situation on monascacene and its fermentation products. It introduced the functional mechamism of the main physiological activity substance, lovastatin, of Ang-kak and the research development of the determination method.
